Mission:

In charge of regulatory aspects of the trading activities
Provide legal services to the team
Reviewing and negotiating contracts.
Be the link for litigation and arbitration
Coordinate join venture & corporate law

Profile:

Qualified attorney or legal, preferably with at least 10 years' post qualification experience.
Relevant industry and dispute resolution experience would be an advantage.
Experience in risk management, contract management & compliance together with Maritime law
Good interpersonal skills, energetic and capable of self-direction.
Have excellent oral and written communication skills (both French and English)
